2. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, as a processor on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Server log files

On each access, information is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, data volume transferred, referrer and browser/operating system details. This data serves the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.

4. Contact / request form

When you send us a sample or quote request via the form, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, quantity, size, message and an optionally uploaded logo file) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR. The data is sent to us by email and deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. Fonts

The fonts used are served locally from our own server (self-hosted). No connection to Google or other third parties is established and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.

6. Map (Google Maps)

On the contact page a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited) can be displayed. The map is only loaded after you actively click “Load map” — no data is transmitted to Google beforehand. By clicking you consent to the connection to Google. Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. On loading, your IP address is transmitted to Google. See Google's privacy policy for details.

7. Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads (with consent)

This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (provider: Google Ireland Limited) for anonymous reach measurement and conversion tracking (e.g. contact form submissions). These services are only loaded after you have actively consented in the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2: before consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no personal data is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw it at any time with future effect (e.g. by clearing cookies/local storage).
